Succession. The president and vice president serve as a pair. If the president loses majority support, the office passes immediately to the new majority leader and their partner. For all other positions, succession moves to the next role in the organizational hierarchy in a caretaker capacity, restricted from major unilateral decisions until a new official earns majority approval.

The platform. The blockchain is the voting system, the public record, the donation mechanism, the idea registry, the judicial outcome database, the civic communication channel, and the land ledger, all at once. Every citizen's profile documents their vote history, idea record, land holdings, donations given and received, and public civic contributions — accessible continuously, because accountability doesn't keep business hours.
