How to add it
iPhone: in Safari or Brave (not Chrome), tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android: open the browser's ⋮ menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen).
If you added the old separate Messages, Social or Civic icons, they still open the right page. You can remove them and keep just this one.
